Susan Di Giulio
Susan Di Giulio is a senior green building project manager at ZC, providing strategy, coordination and direct client support for LEED, Living Building and non-certified projects as well as support for CALGreen and various municipal green building programs.

Susan came to ZC from a career in architecture. She has extensive project management experience in mixed use/multi-family housing projects for local firms such as Carde-Ten Architects, Killefer Flammang and Togawa and Smith. During the 1990s, as sole proprietor of Di Giulio Design, she designed and executed residential, retail, restaurant and commercial projects. Prior to that, she worked on many institutional projects in Boston and Los Angeles, and worked in Italy for a year and a half on a variety of high-end, contemporary retail installations within centuries-old buildings. From that experience, she developed a special interest in the re-use of historic structures.
Susan earned her Master’s degree in Architecture at UCLA and a BDIC degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She speaks fluent Portuguese as well as functional Italian and Spanish.
