LEED & CHPS Project Consulting
ZC has over 2 million square feet of LEED and CHPS certified projects, including a number of firsts: the first LEED Platinum museum;the first LEED certified sound stage; and the first two LEED-CS (Core & Shell) projects in the City of Los Angeles (one ground up, the other an adaptive reuse. 

Environmental Mitigation Program Management
ZC manages environmental mitigation monitoring programs for complex projects. ZC develops implementation strategies and tools; coordinates technical consultants; conducts field inspections; and prepares required reports for submission to local agencies.
