LEED & CHPS Project Consulting
ZC has over 2 million square feet of LEED and CHPS certified projects, including a number of firsts: the first LEED Platinum museum; the first LEED certified sound stage; and the first two LEED-CS (Core & Shell) projects in the City of Los Angeles (one ground up, the other an adaptive reuse).  Services include Goal Setting; Entitlement Support; Design and Construction Assistance; Certification Management; Submittal Reviews; Training; and Green Strategies without certification.
