Tishman Speyer: Playa Vista Marketing Office

The
Tishman Speyer Playa Vista Marketing Office serves as the hub of
Tishman Speyer’s 2 million sf The Campus at Playa Vista commercial
development. It is located inside the historic Spruce Goose Hangar on
the former site of Hughes Aircraft’s headquarters. Designed by Gensler,
the project recycled over 75% of its demolition and construction waste;
utilized recycled and regional content and low emitting materials; and
incorporated reduced mercury fluorescent bulbs.
