John Zinner, ZC principal, co-developed the Santa Monica Sustainable City
Program and the Green Building Design & Construction Guidelines while a City Planning Commissioner. The Sustainable City Program, adopted in 1994 and recognized by the United Nations, defines principles, goals and programs for a wide range of topics.
