Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program

Since 1998, ZC has managed the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for Playa Vista, an award-winning 500-acre urban infill mixed-use development in Los Angeles consisting of 5,800 dwelling units and 3 million square feet of commercial space. Under the MMRP, Playa Vista must ensure implementation and report compliance with hundreds of environmental mitigation measures adopted as part of the project’s approval. ZC also provides support for the implementation of Playa Vista’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program.
