Playa Vista
Residential Sustainable Guidelines

ZC developed and oversees implementation of the Playa Vista Residential Sustainable Guidelines for the Los Angeles project’s 5,800 residential units. Developed in 1998 and updated in 2005, the Guidelines have been successfully incorporated into more than 2,000 multifamily and single family attached and detached units.
