The Pointe speculative office building, designed by HLW, is a 480,000 square foot tower adjacent to entertainment studios in Burbank, CA. The project’s green building strategies include reclaimed water for all landscaping; tenant design and construction guidelines; bicycle storage and changing rooms, recycling over 80% of the demolition and construction waste; over 30% recycled and regional content materials; and low emitting materials. It was awarded all 36 points submitted for certification.
