Working with Gensler, ZC served as LEED project manager for international law firm Latham & Watkins' new 280,000 sf Los Angeles office. Located in a 45 story tower at the Wells Fargo Center on Bunker Hill, the 15 floor facility features lower level conference and public rooms topped by private offices. The green building strategies include water efficient plumbing fixtures; enhanced commissioning; over 75% construction and demolition waste recycling; recycled and regional content materials; low emitting materials; and low mercury fluorescent bulbs.
