The City of Beverly Hills Fleet Services Center, designed by AECOM, provides repair and maintenance for the city’s fleet. The project, developed on a former brownfield, features secure bicycle parking and a changing facility; water efficient bathroom fixtures; enhanced commissioning; enhanced refrigerant management; over 75% demolition and construction waste recycling; recycled and regional content materials; low emitting materials; daylight; and views.
