LEED Mandate

ZC assisted the City of Brisbane (located south of San Francisco) in analyzing the issues and options for mandating both LEED and specific green building criteria for both public and private developments. ZC also conducted an analysis of the energy efficiency potential of a proposed 500,000 sf biotechnology campus.
