Sustainable Development Strategy

ZC developed and is managing the implementation of the Douglas Park Sustainable
Development Strategy. Under the strategy, Boeing has mandated that Douglas Park’s commercial projects larger than 25,000 square feet achieve LEED Certified. The 260 acre Long Beach project, on the site of a former Douglas Aircraft plant, will include 3 million square feet of commercial space.
