Zinner Consultants staff provides a unique combination of planning, management and technical skills to successfully conceptualize and complete a variety of sustainable development, green building and mitigation monitoring assignments.

JOHN ZINNER
John, ZC's principal and LEED AP, brings clients a broad environmental perspective as well as experience in policy development, project and program planning, and project management. His leadership has been recognized through numerous awards. He has lectured widely before professional, university and public audiences, and has appeared on Good Morning America.

Prior to founding ZC, John managed the Los Angeles office of an environmental consulting firm, and served as both Energy Coordinator and Planning Advisor for the Office of the Mayor, City of Los Angeles. He holds an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Political Science from The Colorado College.

GLEN BOLDT
Glen, LEED AP, senior project manager and design engineer, provides technical support for sustainable design and construction projects. He also serves as a Southern California provider representative for the LEED for Homes rating system.

Prior to joining ZC, Glen served as a consultant to the environmental non-profit Global Green USA and the Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on third party CHPS design review of LAUSD projects and green building requirements in state affordable housing programs. Before that he designed and managed Superfund-based environmental restoration projects at military facilities throughout the US and overseas.

Glen has an MS in Environmental Engineering from John Hopkins University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and BA in Architectural Studies from Bucknell University.
